4.14 Responding Destructively in Leadership Situations: The Role of Personal Values and Problem Construction

Building off of the idea that not all values are moral, we can posit that certain values or combinations of values can actually be destructive. In this scholarly article, Illies & Reiter-Palmon use Schwartz’s 10 universal values to “explore the role personal values play in destructive leader decision making and problem solving.”
